  Served as a full-time Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Instructor and Certifier, responsible for teaching and certifying Soldiers, Civilians, and leaders in the Army’s MRT Level 1 course. Provides expert instruction in evidence-based resilience and performance psychology principles developed in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Army’s Ready and Resilient (R2) Directorate.
