I am thrilled to apply to Helmets to Hardhats. With a strong foundation in logistics and project management, paired with hands-on construction experience gained during my recent internship, I am eagkjner to bring my skills, dedication, hard work and enthusiasm to your team.

Over the course of eight years in the U.S. Army, I specialized in supply chain management, inventory control, and operational coordination—ensuring projects were executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. My transition into the construction industry has further strengthened my leadership and problem-solving capabilities. With I’m passionate about driving meaningful impact both on the job site and within the community, and I’m committed to maintaining the highest safety standards while streamlining workflows and promoting effective team collaboration.

I take pride in my ability to manage budgets, oversee financial reporting, and interpret project data to ensure adherence to budgetary goals. I work closely with accounting teams to guarantee timely processing and payment of supplier invoices in line with contract agreements. My attention to detail extends to reviewing subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders for accuracy and compliance.

Through regular Operations Review Meetings, I keep management informed of project and budget progress. I am well-versed in reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, scopes of work, specifications, and project schedules. I bring strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software, and a collaborative mindset to every project.
