My name is Jordan Smith, I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years and served as a Mortarman, Mountain Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. I got out as the rank of Sergeant. I was the Chief Instructor at Special Operations Training Group of Ropes and Recovery Branch where I taught Isolated Personnel First Responder Course, Tactical Rope Technician Course, Helicopter Rope Suspension Course, and Assault Climbers Course. Duties Description:The mortarmen is responsible for the tactical employment of the 60mm light mortar and the 81mm medium mortar.
