I enlisted in the unit states marines in the summer of 2020 I served four years active duty as an 0341 mortar man. While serving I held the billet of A-gunner,gunner and squad leader with a 60mm mortar section I served with both 3rd battalion 2nd marine division and 2nd battalion 8th marines, after I got out in 2024 I became a medical technician at a mental heat and rehabilitation center called Honeylake clinic in Greenville Florid.

Duties Description:The mortarmen is responsible for the tactical employment of the 60mm light mortar and the 81mm medium mortar. They are located in the weapons platoons of the rifle and LAR companies and the weapons company of the infantry battalion. Noncommissioned officers are assigned as mortar gunners, forward observers, fire direction plotters, and squad and section leaders.
