Hello, my name is LaChasse Ballard. I currently serve in the United States Army, specifically within the 101st Airborne Division. Although I am officially a small arms and artillery repairman, I primarily work as an artillery mechanic. I possess extensive knowledge and experience with tools, and I am also an excellent problem solver. Currently, I lead a team of four soldiers to ensure that our battalion’s artillery remains in optimal working condition. While I excel at leadership, I am also very coachable and welcome constructive criticism. My long-term career goal is to become a Master Electrician and eventually establish my own business.
