I am a US Army veteran with a deep passion for networking and helping others. I have served as a government contractor for 10 years. I have worked on multiple military instillations i the US and overseas. I hold a current TS government clearance. I have some experience in project management and would like to grow in this field. My recent position was a project team lead, i lead a team of 9 contractors. Our primary task was to train and mentor junior soldiers regarding their specific military intelligence profession.     Duties Description:

    Primary duties included full motion video and imagery analysis, product management, and creation in support of ongoing operations in a high tempo and high stress environment. As a support operator working with sister military services and government agencies, our focus was customer support; we achieved this through problem solving and multi-tasking during high stress operations. Last position held was Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of a Special Forces battalion security management office for 200+ personnel. Served as an intelligence analyst for a small tactical level Special Forces team. Created and instructed a small level team on intelligence situation reports.

    • Deployed overseas as a key intelligence member of a small tactical special operations unit.
    • Two successful deployments to Afghanistan 21 months in total
    • Trained and mentored four lower enlisted service members
    • Managed tactical level intelligence reports and conducted Intel briefings multiple times a week while deployed.

    Role Description:

    Managed a team of senior level contractors that were embedded into real world military intelligence mission sets. Coordinated, scheduled and hosted training events that integrated military personnel and contractors together on a team. Spearheaded training synchronization meetings, tasked to modernize and standardize how intelligence units train and conduct ISR missions. Contributed to the FORSCOM ISR doctrine and current operation procedures. Hosted quarterly and annual performance check-ins with each team member to promote growth. Generated meaningful metrics targeted at satisfying our government customer contracted requirements.

    • Managed appx 2 million dollars in equipment spread across multiple locations
    • Assisted the Army Reserves and Army National Guard in standing up initial FMV PED locations
    • Identified gaps between contractor team and customer requirements and helped remedy critical issues
    • Attend weekly synch meetings to gather and distribute actionable intelligence
