I'm 27 years old, a Staff Seargent in the Army and ready to use my VA loan to start real estate investing. I have an associates degree in Interior Design and spent 2 years working as a commercial interior designer in the hospitality industry. Over the past year and a half I've traded that in to do remote sales for a large furniture/lighting company. I'd like to develop the tools I need to start my own home builiding/design business and need training in the trades.
