Jarron Bray

My name is Jarron Bray and I have been serving in the Marine Corps for 7.5 years. I EAS September 30, 2025 and I am looking to start another career. My job in the Marines is an ammunition technicia. I have held many billets through my tenure and I have done very well with any task thrown at me. From safety non-commissioned officer, to Quality Assurance Safety Observer, I take pride in my ability to lead a team to get the best results to complete the mission. I am humble and willing to learn from anyone from the lowest rank to the highest. I ask a ton of questions because I want to understand how everything operates so I can be the bridge to certain situations if ever needed. I currently have OSHA-10 general, forklift Certification and I am working on getting my project management certificate. I would like to be a project manager of big projects one day and would like to have a competent team around to complete any task at hand.
