Kaden Malam

Hello, I go by my middle name "Kruz." I have a wife and 2 daughters currently serving in the Coast Guard as an Electronics Technician First Class. Being in a supervisor role has by far been the best part of my career in the military. It has allowed me to open up as a leader, showing by example, help many shipmates, and really fight on behalf of those who do not feel like they can stand up to those in higher roles. Professional development and watching as newer technicians grow is amazing, I am always looking for new ways to grow and the complex chalenges presented to me in this role is a great way to do that. I have lots of experience troubleshooting complex electrical and software issues, running cable/wire, making connectors, testing circuits and wiring, and Micro soldering. My career objective would be to get back into a higher leadership/management/supervisor position after transitioning into a civilian job.
