Isaiah Borgen

My name is Isaiah Borgen. I have recently separated from the Marine Corps and I am now looking for employment. I did five deployments during my servive, making me a well-traveled individual; with a lot of cultural awarness and exposure. I also served in multiple billet capacities during my service to include a team leader, squad leader, and a company sergeant. which directly translates to a team chief, a first-line supervisor, and a senior-level supervisor. This gives me a wide undertsanding of leadership from the basic levels to senior management, as well as operations on a very broad spectrum. Most recently, I served as a company sergeant. I directly oversaw a section of forty-two Marines to include an supply section, an armory section, and a headquarters and service section. I was charged with managing monthly and quarterly inventory for millions of dollars of engineering equipement, and weapons. I was also charged with managing supply and logistics to support ongoing training operations and meet deployment readiness criteria. I was also in charge of placing orders, managing stock inventory and keeping accountability, maintaining company readiness and ensuring that all annual training requirements were met by (160) marines, and ensuring safety and the smooth continuation of daily operations. I am hardworking, on-time, eager to complete any and all tasks to either at or above the expected standard, detail-oriented, a team player, honest, and willing to tackle any challenges I am given.
