Work Experience:

Hello, my name is Aaron Kleibacker. I recently made the decision to shift career paths into the skilled trades, specifically in the electrician or lineman field—an area I’ve long been interested in pursuing.

I bring with me over 20 years of experience in high-demand, team-oriented environments. I served in the U.S. Army for 7 years and have since worked in roles including EMT, law enforcement officer, and as a security contractor for the U.S. State Department at the Embassy in Afghanistan. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on both leadership and individual roles, always focused on mission success, clear communication, and supporting those around me.

I’m a hardworking, reliable team player with a strong desire to learn and grow in this new field. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring my background, work ethic, and dedication to a hands-on trade that makes a real difference every day.
