years of distinguished service in the Federal Government—including roles as
Chief of Web Development and Operations and Assistant Division Chief of Cyber
Resilience at the U.S. Census Bureau—I bring an exceptional track record of
innovation, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership in high-impact
technical environments.  

As Chief of Web
Development and Operations, I led a team of 20 in the successful delivery and
performance of the U.S. Census Bureau’s public website—one of the Bureau’s most
mission-critical platforms—serving millions of users with economic and
demographic data. My leadership ensured 98% uptime and seamless content
delivery during high-traffic periods, such as the Decennial Census, by
implementing responsive design policies, cache strategies, and edge computing
technologies. These solutions not only optimized operations but also
transformed how the agency managed robotic traffic and performance bottlenecks.
 

As Assistant
Division Chief of Cyber Resilience, I led cybersecurity engineering, assurance
teams, and multi-million-dollar budgets, while shaping enterprise-wide
strategies and securing all Census Bureau information systems under NIST 800-53
Rev. 5. Through strategic dashboard creation, policy realignment, and ISSO
integration, I reduced organizational risk scores by 80%, boosted authorization
timelines, and improved interdepartmental trust and cooperation.  

My
collaborative work with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of
Commerce further illustrates my strength in coalition-building and governance
across federal domains. My qualifications include a Doctorate in Business
Administration, multiple technical degrees, executive leadership training, and
active board membership in a national women’s self-defense nonprofit.
