Maxwell Deisch

As an active duty E6 in the U.S. Navy with extensive experience in submarine operations, I bring a strong foundation in leadership, maintenance management, and operational planning. Over the course of three deployments, I have overseen thousands of hours of critical maintenance and successfully led a division of over 15 sailors, ensuring mission readiness and team cohesion under high-pressure conditions. My hands-on experience managing complex systems and personnel has equipped me with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, which I expect to complete by December 2026, with the goal of transitioning into a civilian role where I can continue to lead high-performing teams and drive results in challenging environments.
