Madeline Douglas
Biography:
Work Experience:
I am a 21yo member of the Indiana Army National Guard as a 12N heavy equipment operator. I completed BCT at Fort Sill, OK, and AIT at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Before I joined the military, I was studying to become a high school Spanish teacher. I also umpire and referee travel and high school baseball, softball, and volleyball. After graduating AIT, I realized that I loved operating and the blue collar environment as a whole and would rather work in a trade than go back to school. I'm very much a tactile learner and love to work with my hands because it's extremely rewarding to see physical results of the work you put in. My strengths are that I am a quick learner, hard worker, punctual and reliable employee, and that I speak Spanish.
