Transitioning US Army Special Forces Officer (Lieutenant Colonel/O5) interested in bridging military experience and leadership back into the Western New York construction market. Over the last 20 years, I've led thousands of people across hundreds of our most politically sensitive and complex global special operations. As a CEO/COO equivalent leader in the US Army, I consistently developed high performing teams by providing clearly defined organizational objectives, constant leader engagement and availability, and commitment to learning principles. I possess a MS in Business & Organizational Leadership (Kansas University, 2018) and am pursuing a Project Management Professional certification from PMI by 01OCT26. I estimate availability to begin employment as early as 01OCT26. I am interested in US Army SKILLBRIDGE interships with potential WNY companies for start in the Fall/Winter of 2026/27.
