I’m RhusseI Williams and I just recently transition out of the military after serving 20 years, where I worked in power generation repair, IT, and talent acquisition. It was a rewarding career that taught me a lot about leadership, adaptability, and working under pressure. Now that I’ve transitioned out of the service, I’m looking to take my skills in a new direction and explore different career paths. I’m a quick learner, a team player, and someone who’s not afraid to dive into something new. I’m excited to see what’s next and find a role where I can keep growing and making a difference.
