Hi my name is Gavin Ayers. I'm a young man looking for to learn a skill after an sudden end to my military career My transition process has been a challenge. My longest Job i've have After my Discharge is a manufacturing job im currently still in as of september 15th 2025. My strengths are that I have eagerness to learn and grow as a man. I enjoy working on my old truck and doing small home improvements to my house. My main strengths are that I am a good listener, I follow rules, I stick to myself and don't bother people, I am a good communicato, and leader. I think it's important to know why i'm seeking a new job and it's because I have had a disagreement with management. the disagreement was About how I feel as if im working too much. I definitely was. I do not have any issues with Overtime. My issue arose when they made it mandatory 7 days a week back in april of 2025. I have consistently worked over 60 hours a week and no days of for the last 4 months. I do not mind overtime. on a positive note one more strength i possess is a backbone. i'm not afraid to tell someone that they're wrong.
